Opportunity to exploit the private schools that fails to reopen on the said date. You will see some officials of LASG Ministry of education moving around in bus on the 4th, taking note of private schools that failed to open. They will now be asked to come and pay hefty fine for failing to reopen on the day announced by LASG.

School resumption in 1st week of September during long vacation? Why then is it called long vacation? The Ministry of education staff in Lagos should be querried and re-deployed to other sectors like traffic warden and road cleaning where their services are needed more.

I see so many people on this thread complaining about school fees. Please if your children's school fees is always a concern, change their schools. Your child can be in a public school and be the best in waec and jamb. As your finances upgrade, you can up grade their school. The most important thing they need is just for someone to teach them for one hour everyday after school. Excluding weekends. Buy only maths and English text books or collect old textbooks from someone. Buy all the common entrance and waec past questions a year before the exams and they will come out with good results. Except the child is a very dull child, you can put them in a better school and pay the sacrifice.
