my two observations. (one) palmer is a useless player, why did he trade mancity bench being coached by an elite coach like guardiola, and a sane and world-class board for Chelsea bench, with a local board and low level coach and a stupid owner leading us. that shows the mentality of palmer. typical English player go easy mentality, fearing a challenge and taking the easy way out. (second) why didn't guardiola who is streets ahead of a dunce coach like pochetino not reject palmer sale to a direct rival if he knew palmer had anything? if guardiola cannot develop palmer and rejected him, na pochetino go develop am abi?. this facts show how useless the player is. just like how we dumped useless mount to united. city have dumped one on us too.

Although palmer is over priced and shouldn't be more than 25-30m max. But pochetino has better history with developing young talents than guardiola.

Palmer has talent, he just needs to be productive and we hope the English factor won't kick in too.
