Review your resolutions and progress.

Be brutally honest with yourself.


Meditate on your weaknesses and shortcomings.

Write them down!

No more excuses
No more weakness
No more self-doubt
No more procrastination

This is your last chance to make things right.

2. Realign your vision.

A goal without a plan is a wish.

Be clear on 3 things:

1) What would make you fulfilled

2) What you must do to achieve it

3) What you must avoid to achieve it.

Stop trying to ride 10 bikes at once.

Don’t bite more than you can chew.

Have one MAJOR focus for the rest of the year.

Break in down into monthly goals, weekly milestones and daily actions.



3. Fix your habits

Deep down you know the negative habits that are destroying your life.
