Lol. But it was the same issue Atiku brought before the high court as a pre election matter and the high court refuse to adjudicate that they do not have jurisdiction.
My question is who have jurisdiction in a matter like this.

Only an APC member who took part in the APC primary election for the Presidential ticket like Amechi, Osinbanjo etc can take the matter to Court.

Did not score 25% in at least 19 states and you said you won the elections ?

You need at least to get 25% in 24 states (including with or without the FCT) and only managed to secure 17 and you said you won the elections.
