Nigerian doesn't start and end with few individuals. That one participates/benefits from corrupt system for personal gain doesn't make him/her a strong person. In most advanced countries of the world, what makes the difference is STRONG INSTITUTIONS and not strong individuals. As long as our institutions are destroyed through corrupt, our country won't make progress. It's does matter who wins, what matters is; did the person meet the standard procedure? |
