A Yoruba, Hausa and Ibo man were condemned to death in a foreign country.

On the day of their execution, they are informed they will be executed by guillotine.

The Hausa man was the first to be executed and he is made to place his head face up facing the guillotine sword. The execution then pulls the lever and the blade rushes down only to stop inches from his neck. The executioner says "this is a sign from God that you are innocent. You are free to go" and the Hausa man regains his freedom and life immediately.

Next was the turn of the Yoruba man and he is led to the guillotine facing upward . The executioner pulls the lever and the blade rushes down only to stop inches from his neck. The execution shouts that this is also a sign that you are innocent and let's the Yoruba man go free.

Lastly , it was the turn of the Ibo man and he is laid in the same position that the Hausa and Yoruba man were placed on the guillotine. The execution , pulls the lever and the blade rushes down only to stop inches from his neck. The Ibo man says to the executioner: "Nna,I have seen the problem, one of the screws attached to the blade is loose".

The executioner looks at it , repairs it and then carries out the execution successfully.
