EU is not a contestant in the election, so it couldn't have tendered the report to the tribunal.
The tribunal should have dismissed the petition using a more intelligent reason.

So you see it is either the LP lawyers are daft or they are playing smart by not bringing in someone from the EU to come and present it. This is because it is obvious that Lawyers for the respondent would have torn that so-called to pieces under serious cross examination. Like how many observers they had on ground and what is their level of coverage across the whole of Nigeria before compiling their report. You want the court to admit evidences where the officials that compiled the evidence/report were not even present in court to be cross examined by the Respondents whether their compiled report was genuine or not. Even if the court admit it, the value is zero percent. The judgment will not even referred to it because no proper cross-examination of the report by the other party. Can a staff of Dangote present a document from Shevron to support his case, without allowing any Shevron staff to present the document themselves and be cross examined on it? This shows that LP only rushed to the court without adequate preparation for their matter, but unfortunately, the court room is not a place for show of sentiments and emotions. Pikking wey no read for exam is bound to fail woefully, no matter how much you call on God for intervention. Where were you when your colleagues were studying and preparing for exams? That is why God will favour your diligent colleague, who never even asked God for favour, because they deserved it.
