Hello guys,i've been battling with an issue since i started trading.it's anxiety and nervousness,that thing have been affecting me for a while now.i easily lose appetite and lack peace of mind whenever i remember i have trade running.infact,i barely take nap in the afternoon because whenever i close my eyes,i will just see some scary red figure .
Please any advice for me?,cos i can't continue trading like this .

Reduce ur lotsize first to the minimum and access ur mind again ,den come back and tell us the result after u have done that

My supplier send him funds he used to trade and lost ,he used
To recieve funds on commission and send out funds for me that was the arrangements
But that one time he funded his broker and dint pay me .that particular
deal put me out of business till today ,sometimes is not all about
Paying back that solves issues ,do you know what I been thru ? Nobody
