Again,1. You are not making any sense. What has the education system— western or otherwise—to do with parents having so many kids they are unable to cater for and then abandoning them?

2. That isn't rampant in the East unless you have the stats to show this.

3. Every society has its problems does not mean we should all sit back and condone what is blatant child abandonment culture, should we? The problem in the North is that it is considered a cultural norm, not to be blamed on the education system at all.
