But as a politician, he knows he needs to remain relevant till 2027 election else he gets forgotten like Peter Odili. The surest ways to maintain this momentum is to always be in the news with the court case, Atiku has been using this strategy too and it has always worked for him.
Anyone who followed the PEPT judgement knows Obi actually lost the election, and he knows there is no black magic that will just take teleport him from third position to first position.

Why not open a thread regarding that and allow this one to focus on Obi knowing he lost the elections.

Peter Obi knows he lost but he daren't admit to it or back down from his assertion that he won because he knows Obidients would start a heavy war of callumny against him and his family.

I sometimes feel for him.

Peter Obi knew he lost. Infact he knows that he cannot win even before he declared to contest. It's a very simple common sense like applied by Prof. Soludo that "PETER OBI CANNOT WIN". The problem was/is with his fanatical blind supporters. Am 100% sure Peter Obi would have been murdered by his supporters if he had not tried to play along their fanatical quest.

Obi will still go to the supreme Court just to please his fanatics. grin

The judges couldn't even read their judgment.
They were reading it like they were not the producers. Infact, if you followed the proceedings, the judgement is eerily similar to APC/Tinubu final address.

Apart from that, the judgment lacks commonsense

To say you are 100% correct is stating the obvious.

Permit me to add a twist to your conviction. For me personally, no offense intended anyways. I believe that what Peter Obi and his gang seems to be doing was perfectly summarized by Lamidi Apapa faction in one of their press release recently. Where they claimed that PO and his gang are committing high level fraud with this court case. This was stylishly backed up by Aisha Yesufu, when she said they will not release the financial report of the campaign till SC delivers judgement.

Guys, something is obviously fishing but as usual, their follows will always turn a blind eye at their activities and illegalities.
