Seems all the phone brands now produce big
screen phones and am not a fan of big
screens.

Can any one please suggest a current 5inch
android phone, preferably a Samsung but any
other good brand is welcome.

Check out tecno WX3 Lte.
I saw it on Jumia and it is exactly 5 inches.

Me too, I used the Sony Xperia E1 and enjoyed it, currently using Nokia 3.1.

To me a small device with nice specs "feels" more premium on the hand than larger device with same specs.

I think Samsung s10e is a 5inch phone. Wish I can get a brand new not refurbished.

Nokia is a good brand too. Holding my wife's 6inch phone doesn't sit well on my palm, maybe I have gotten too used to smaller phones

sincerely tecno is my last choice. Wld rather go for an infinix except its the only choice have.
