Ah ah! This is something that easy Na! It's Ur proximity sensor that has an issue and it can be fixed if taken to a phone technician

He should just take it to a phone technician, it's his proximity sensor that has issue. It's either they remove it or try to revive it

I had a similar issue on my 11T pro early this year. Although, on mine, even if they hang up the call, the screen remained dark. It was due to a buggy update on the dialer. I battled with it for a while, then decided to download a different dialer (Truecaller App), and used it as my default dialer. I never experienced the issue again. Although after several months of constantly updating my phone's dialer and not using it, I decided to try it again last month and viola, the issue was gone. I guess they updated the issue away. (PS. I refresh to update my phone apps 4 to 5 times a day).
