Just know today that Any Pre-Election Matter cases will b e rejected in the Appeal Court and Supreme Court of justice. Most cases in the tribunal are of pre-election matters. So those that win in the tribunal on pre-election matters will be disappointed in the court of Appeal and Supreme Court of justice.

As long as it does not touch on the Constitutional eligibility requirements of that Candidate.

Once it has to do with the membership, leadership of political party, nomination and/or substitution of a Candidate, it is pre-election and falls within the domestic affairs of a political party.

No matter how unlawful it may be, the Courts have no jurisdiction.

Both were pre-election matters.

It can only be challenged by fellow aspirants within the same Party and with the cases filed not more than 14 days after the cause of action.

Lawan's was filed by Machina, an aspirant in the same APC.
Zamfara's was filed by an aspirant in the same APC, Marafa.
