The difference is in the merto rail, road transport system and water that commutes most of your brothers daily in lagos.the difference is in capital expenditure and civil service strenght,schools and security service in lagos amongst other states.some fools will query security service in lagos like the police funding in lagos is the same with that of other states or there is no crime and insecurity even in America and other Europe countries.
