It has been a problem noticed at Chelsea since last season!
The positioning of the attack play is Soo predictable that the opposing quickly locks Chelsea out.
Then the attack players themselves don't force errors on the opposing defenders
Then poor dead ball play
And inability to react to a goal chance conversion

It won't be nice for osinmeh to join Chelsea. His market value will crash.
