Some players shine and perform well in mid clubs like Brighton, west ham, etc but wen such players get to big teams, they may not play well. E.g. caicedo is one of the big stars at Brighton, same for cucurella, now see them struggling at Chelsea. Maguire is anoda example, he performed excellently while at Leicester but see him struggling at man UTD. Some players are just like that
