I have been pondering over this issue: What happened to the Uduaghan transport scheme? What happened to the Uduaghan buses? It was a very nice business concept in the transportation sector by the administration of Former Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan of Delta State. It made transportation cost cheap. I still wonder why Former Governor Ifeanyi Okowa didn't continue with it. |

Management problem! It was supposed to be a subsidized transport system for the state and was handed over to a private firm. Agofure managing it did not go down well with many and I think the Okowa government felt it a waste to continue to subsidize the system. Okowa government ended it I believe. |
