In the south east, they basically don't employ other tribes into state civil service and if they do, it's on temporary basis which will be renewed every 3-5 years based on the information I have.

Meanwhile Ogun state, Oyo etc are filled with Igbo workers, yet you people are the loudest and quickest when it comes to blaming other tribes!

Let's be sincere with ourselves. That is enough reason to divide Nigeria. Even the Lagos recruitment own is open to everyone no restriction. What Anambra government has done is unfair. Because we still have one Nigeria and not a divided Nigeria the last time I checked. That is why North and South west is likely to continue to rule Nigeria and never allow some parts of Igbo to take over especially people from south east or South south that behave like this government of Anambra.

The simple question is how many medical doctors do Kano state produce in a year and how many from Anambra? Its as simple as Abc, Kano needs to make up the number from other states, since their people don't study medicine but prefer arabic studies. Anambra on the other hand has quite a good number and does not need to look outside. Stop all this ethnic bigotism.

At least it's open to all .That a particular candidate will not be taking is subjective. A recruitment where only indigines are invited forecloses all chance against the non-indigine. The bottom line is the Iboman's ethnocentricism and excessive greed..

Kano state is doing business with recruitment. 3k per applicant. how many Kano indigenes are willing to pay application. That is why they make it open so they can still from non indigenes and raise paper for suya, kilishi and kosei sellers while they have already filled the position.
