Believe fake news at your own risk.
1. Only corporate account (company account) can send such money by transfer. Maximum you can send as individual is 500k per transaction. Sending 15M at once is enough to fool those who never do transaction above 1M before. Even to pay school fees abroad CBN has to debit it and if you must transfer up to 10M to the account for debit, you must visit the bank.
2. Receiving a cheque instead would've been more eye catching rather than posting a fake transfer.

3. If you've make atleast 5M transaction before either buying a car or paying school fees abroad or moving money for statement of account or other businesses then you can quote me wrong. Otherwise rest!
