Please i sincerely need your help on this issue.

Ever since the new central bank law on dollar deposit, how can one send money from Nigeria to Canada. myself and friends whom are mainly international students from Nigeria are finding it very difficult to receive money for our tuition.

please if there is other ways to do it, please i will appreciate any advice.
