The matter is not really about whether Tinubu attended or graduated from CSU,its about the certificate that was submitted before INEC which the CSU lawyer admitted that he could not verify if the certificate was genuine putting real doubt on its authenticity!

But what is really important to INEC and the Nigerian laws is that Tinubu graduated with honors as he said and as confirmed by the University.
The paper diploma which is handed to you on graduation day is a ceremonial document. The university have said so many times. They do not keep a record of these not just for Tinubu but all the students.
This is prpbably the legal reason the university would not under oath confirm it's authenticity.
This doesn't mean anything was forged. You cannot graduate with honors and then go ahead and go ahead and forge your documents.
I am happy the Atiku lawyers are getting paid, cases like this doesn't come often.

Tinubu is a smarter politician,he just want a delay in the release of the record till the last day of filing brief at supreme court. This politics,it has to be played smartly. Relax,all the records would be released but no case of perjury/forgery would be established.

Its quite obvious from Tinubu's appeal that he doesn't intend the country to know that his certificate presented before INEC was forged which will definitely lead to an outright disqualification!

If Tinubu forged certificate wahala is permitted and allowed to stand,it will set a terrible precedence for future leaders who will present forged documents and when accosted will sight that of tinubu!

Recently,a young lady who was found guilty and punished by jamb for presenting a forged certificate was totally condemned by everyone which forced her to offer an apology!
Why should that of the president be different?

If we really want this country to change for the better,the right things must be done!

I asked simple questions.... All you have to do is either provide answers or get someone that can give you better answers or say nothing!

First, I asked if the certificate Tinubu presented to INEC was obtained from CSU....if it was,why is CSU denying its authenticity?

Secondly,if Tinubu said he lost all his qualification documents including his degree certificate in the 90s during the military raid,where did he get the one he presented to INEC from?

Furthermore,you are still complicating yourself by not understanding but reacting!
INEC doesn't need anyone's academic records neither does INEC even do due diligence to confirm the authenticity of certificate!

Whether the certificate was obtained ceremonially or not.....the question I keep asking you is was the said certificate submitted to INEC from CSU? Yes or No!

-Tinubu then claimed the clerk of CSU made errors on his two incongruent certificates yet you refused to see the criminality unfolding before you.

-The Tinubu moved on to say him appearing as a female in his transcript is a fault of the same CSU. Yet the CSU is not refuting any of these wild allegations Tinubu is making.

-CSU lame attempt to defend Tinubu was for them to issue a statement that he graduated from their institution. Yet subpoenaed by Court to attest to same incongruent certificates, the bluntly refused.

Thank goodness for the judge that said they must come to do so under oath. Well, the US is not a place where forgery or perjury is taken lying low. CSU is a messy cul-de-sac with Tinubu. They will all sink together.
