US is not Nigeria. Once a court give order, it is obeyed totally because any attempt to do otherwise is a recipe for jail term. I am not sure that Tinubu is as influential as Donald Trump and Biden family, whose cases the US courts are treating their duck ups.

It's not as straightforward as you think. The US is the home of magic. If it's in the interest of the US for Tinubu to stay in power, they will manufacture new records and release to the public.

Even if it's released, it's not going to be different from the ones we have already seen on the internet which also originated from the school.

CSU's Hayes said it does not have a certified copy of Tinubu's diploma because it is not part of a student's official academic record. He said the university has a FEW DOZEN PAGES OF FORMS, INCLUDING TRANSCRIPTS, DETAILS OF TRANSFER CREDITS, AND AN ADMISSION LETTER.
