I was replying some else's comment.
Tinubu's lawyers did not mention "irreparable damage". Atiku is the one boasting that whatever he has on Tinuhu will cause irreparable damage.

Tinubu's lawyers simoly applied for a delay to allow them prove some fallacies in Atiku's case
