Ikaeniyan0:...the NNPC gets dollars direct from the central bank of nigeria to use to import fuel...but the marketers find it difficult to get dollars from Central Bank of nigeria or to get it at the I and E window official rate of 700 naira to a dollar.. so that is why it's only NNPC that is importing fuel but marketers cannot because they do not have access to dollars at a cheaper rate |
