The issue of cell inflation in your power bank is apparently a lithium polymer ish rather than brand related.

It happens to most powerbanks irrespective of the brand.

I've had a quality New Age and Virgin power bank suffer the same fate.

I currently use Romoss. I can confidently tell you that the Romoss is already showing signs of inflation. Although it still works excellently and holds charge as expected. I'm suspecting a capacity drop as the swell becomes conspicuous.

Got the 40000 mah and the IC got burnt within 3 weeks of using it….
I just plug am over night….woke up see say power bank don swell up.

It will be difficult to fix the IC because they are quite tiny and you need professional tools to do it. You could as well take it to a very good tech guy to help replace it.
In my humble suggestion, I'd say you should get another charge module or power bank case and then connect your battery. You can get them on aliexpress or jumia and even jiji. That's what I did when mine got damaged

I'm pretty sure you can. But I don't think it is worth the stress. Why not instead buy a pb case that has a charge module and just transfer your battery from the Romoss pb to the new pb casing. That's what I did when my pb got damaged.

I don't really know the ba3 type but it's the 60kmah

Over changing can cause that problem! For ur powerbank and phone battery
