Nigeria is 25

The odds we did survive

Arise salute the nation

Come join the celebration

A people united will never fall

The sun will shine, the rain will fall

On our land , vast and mighty

Richly blessed by the Almighty

We work so hard,
like the bees in haven
to make her honey flooow!

And not without the use of a hoe. (Samanja cuts- in hoe hoe)

Arise salute the nation

come join the celebration

Nigeria is 25 !!!

This song is always in my mind

The good old days when we thought we had a bright future but what do we have today? Despondency? Hopelessness? Endemic poverty I'm the midst of plenty? Darkness? Corruption?
Nigeria seems to be drifting aimlessly in the ocean of confusion and painfully there seems to be no end in sight because we as a people are unwilling to change our erroneous and epileptic ways of doing things.

Jagaban is the best president ever. He knows the way to modernity.

Proper management of tax money would generate fund enough to drive the country to higher level.

Jagabannnnnnnnn.

naptu2, i have a question for you? If one has a video collection of 80s Nigeria music videos and adverts. Any idea if it can be sold without infringing copyright.
Per copyright law, you have to wait till the author dies (i.e the lifetime of the author) PLUS 70 years.

Nothing to celebrate!

No water
No good road
No constant electricity
No jobs for graduates
No good health care
No quality education
No good platforms to eradicate fetish beliefs

Your October 1st is another one day.

Only thing that can make me happy now is intimacy

So with immediate effect! , The Nigerian authorities and notable persons as well as patriots, should provide me with soft tender girls and ladies from arewa, Mula, fulani, to middle belt and SW...

Just smooching, cuddling, sucking and light orals... This may pacify me a bit as to give out my blessings on this very Important day.

Did Nigerians actually fought for Independent the way we were meant to believe?

I don't think so cause majority of west and central African countries actually got theirs between 1958 and 1962, which means that the western colonisers may have decided that its time up!
Nigeria did not fight for her Independence, the western powers amalgamate us together for their selfish interest without considering our ethnic and religious difference and hand over power to some selfish small group of traitor leaders who will help preserve their western hegemony over us.
They knew that oil is in the south, so they empower the north by building military headquarters and dumping all military hardware in the north, so that the north will control the south and the western powers will drink the oil free of charge.

So my brother, the fight which our fathers fail to fight for Nigeria Independence is what we their children are currently fighting and suffering now to liberate ourselves from the chains of western hegemony.

All Our leaders including Tinubu, obi, atiku, the candidate of npp and others went to chatam house in London for presidential debate to beg their pay masters to choose them..... And yet no presidential debate was held in Nigeria (the country they are all fighting to RULE) by these candidates because for them Nigeria is not important. With or without Nigerians votes, they will still be appointed as president by the colonial masters.
