We've agreed on terms to construct a 4-bedroom bungalow with a gazebo, gate house and a store... The details of the project are as follows:

Everything is now in place as digging of foundation trench will commence in no time

OK guys, here's the progress for today's work

Pictures 1&2 is showing foundation for the store. While
Picture 3&4 is showing foundation for the 4-bedroom

We've started concetre cast on the 4-bedroom..

Foundation for the store has been done. But we won't be able to cast today cos of time as that will be taken care of by tomorrow...

Arc Asom what's the estimated number of block you're going to be using for the 4bedroom bungalow from DPC to the roofing level?
Doing mind sharing the total square meter as well?

Estimated number of blocks from dpc to roofing level will be 4500 blocks for the 4-bedroom bungalow only...

Sqm for the built area is 264,657sqm

Meanwhile, We'll be commencing with forming for the main building this morning..

We have enough bricklayers on ground and hopefully we reach to dpc level today

We're done with the Foundation and blinding for the gazebo... Video below:

We'll also round up the foundation blinding on the security house today

Sorry if this derails the thread a little but I was wondering if you have someone or any group of persons interested in real estate. A 50 by 100 is available in Uromi for outright sale if terms are met. It's very close to the road and already developed area as construction is ongoing in the vicinity..
