So you're basically basing your assumption on coulda woulda shoulda? Even the UK court is not charging her for laundering a $100m, not to talk of $3 Bs.

you said there is no way she could have laundered that much, basically you mean there is no way she could have had access to that Hugh financial flow, that idea was what I corrected, because as a minister of petroleum she had oversight over 100 of billions worth of the entire oil industry, she was in charge of giving out oil license and contract, even the subsidy stuff that the govt spend tens of billions on annually, she could have laundered that much with her crew, I am not saying she did, but she had access to way more than that money.
