State sponsored Ponzi Schemes! Not a new thing!! Been on for decades now running silently. The silence has now become a noise. When it gets to a shout we will do the needful! |

It seems most of the media houses in this country are hell bent on bringing up only negative news about the country. The same country you paint bad will affect all of us. |

Lobata, borrowing to pay salaries only means unproductiveness. That also means creating more problems just to solve one problem. |

If you ever think it was economic downturn that led to the borrowing, then it means you don't have information. The Social Media Best Governor who governs the Ancient "Western Region Headquarters" is been borrowing to pay salaries since last year because of his Greed. The former Governor of the state called the "Cradle of Yoruba civilization" never borrowed any money throughout his 4yrs and he was servicing the loan his gluttonous predecessor left behind as well as doing mega project. But the new Governor has been borrowing since he became Governor of that same state. Ask people who have the right information not people like David Hyundai ooo but people with real information and you will know the real reason why any of the Governor is taking any loan. NB: The Federal allocation is more than enough to do x2 of anything that needed to be done or that they are doing for their people. |

Lol, what a funny country. The criminal in Aso rock stopped subsidy after claiming that millions of dollars was being spent on it. In other words, Nigeria is saving millions of dollars since it was stopped. So, where is the money? The federal government is still borrowing billions of dollars. States are borrowing too. They're not even borrowing to build infrastructure, they're borrowing to pay salaries and for looting! Nigeria's economy has collapsed. Virtually every business is struggling to stay afloat while others are either running at a loss or have closed down. If Nigeria is a business, it would have declared bankruptcy since. There is technically no future for this country. To worsen matters, the world now knows that the rogue in Aso rock obtained his certicates by forgery and impersonation. They will blacklist Nigeria and even Nigerians abroad. Why are people expecting and hoping for a better tomorrow in a country that has absolutely no future ![]() ![]() ?? |

and NLC wants to ensure minimum wage is increased to between 100k to 200k when many states are not even able to pay the 30k. Any increase will only increase hardship as the markets will adjust to swallow the new addition to the salaries. what then happens to the informal sectors who cannot have this increase. They will simply increase charges to absorb their own shock of inflation. Nigeria will be done for if we don't concentrate on infrastructures and exports while producing what we consume locally. |
