Over population and poverty is a big factor for deseases to spread so fast.

So the country need to ring the bell of causion for people to reduce the number of children they give birth to in other to reduce the poverty.

One of the highest source of Poverty in Nigeria is over Population.....

Why is there are an outbreak of this childhood disease in the north ?

My dear, let's always tell ourselves the truth. Education, or the lack thereof, is the root cause of the health challenges in the North. In primary school, kids are taught to wash their hands and practice hygiene. With education, people's prospects become brighter. A better economic outlook means they will have the money to go to hospital when they are sick.
The people in Northern Nigeria are being held back by their own leaders. The leaders use religion. Bill Gates did nothing.

I don't think it's hysteria. That's what guillain barre syndrome looks like in it's early stages, which is a well known side effect of mercury poisoning.
