Please who has requested for transcript on eksu portal. There is no field to fill my wes reference number. How can I go about it.

Hello Eksuites, I finally got my transcript ready after 6 months.

Please for those who have applied, I requested that they send the transcript to NOUN at Abuja but I was called that I need to pay courier services to deliver it, which is priced 9500.
Please who knows about this?
Must courier pick it before they send it to NOUN, or they don't even send online?
