This is false since the eclipse described in the book of Acts took place over 1900 years ago at the time of the actual war described in Joel.

What coming prophecies? I hope you are not in some way attempting to link these ideas of yours to the God of Israel who made clear that He would put a seal on visions and prophets, an event that took place well over 1900 years ago as He said.
