Justice at last for for the late lawyer and her unborn twins.

I feel so sorry for him. He just had few weeks to retirement before committing this act. The police spokesman, Muyiwa Adejobi reported him to be a nice man but his response to the act was edi.

Why die by hanging. It should be by firing squad. And it should be done this week

This goes to show you how devilish the mind of an average APC supporter is, that they would rather deny their own kinsman justice than see any APC administration look bad. Pray tell, Mr FreeStuffsNG, what if it was your own brother or sister?? What if It was your family member? Would you be so fixated on trying to clean Tinubu's image than get justice for them? Why have we let tribalism kill our patriotism?

Everything to these guys is a "YOU vs US" scenario. By default, they just can't see themselves united in a cause with the igbos. They would rather cheer the Devil on if it means standing on opposite sides with the Igbos. They don't even mind trivialising the death of a fellow kinsman as long as they see that the Igbos are crying for justice for their own brother!

Sentenced to death is different from Life imprisonment. Only his ghost will walk free.

Life imprisonment is not a capital punishment, death sentence is. You know why Nigeria prisons are so conjested? It's because so many inmates on death row are awaiting execution. Oshiomhole was the only governor that has signed off execution in probably the last 10-15years. And since we don't practise capital punishment again, his case may be commuted to life imprisonment, if he wins appeal.

There is no governor that will sign off execution of anyone...this man will just remain in prison forever....technically it is ultimate life-sentence without parole privileges

Why sorry for him? Do you have any idea the trauma this man might have caused civilians in the course of his career? I'm glad he ended this way and hope many suffer this when they are about to retire.

majority of the time most governors do not find it easy to give consent for the execution, they will always push it and push it till they leave office.. U know what is means to be a Governor that consent to people children to be hanged or fired to death ? Even if truly they deserve every bit of the judgement... Anyway, i sympathize with your family but you deserve what u get. It guess it wasn't him alone that was on duty then but he took things too hard beyond others and see where it ended now. Handle arms with much care my friend always.

Policemen are meant to protect their citizens not to scare or kill them. Kudos to the judge for not sweeping the case under the carpet. Let others learn their lessons.

It's something I've observed with not just this guy but almost every vocal APC minion on this site. It's a trend for them, I needed to let people know what's going on so they don't think that these are the opinions of regular folks.
