Yes mostly running farms, mining and medical services. The medical personnel are highly sought for more than any other national, they paid higher. Most of the wine farms they run it, most of the tourists sites and hotels they run it. Also when you say UK, they majority of Indian Brits who already have Indian family connection in South Africa. So it's easier to run corner shops and other businesses.

bro,stop talking something you dont know,i left SA last year july, i was working at builders hyper in de-deur, i left SA because of document issue,they dont want to renew it,in fact home affairs are not doing that to any african migrants anymore,so,i dont want to waste my time.. On the issue of census,i was counted without requesting for any document.
it happen that i wasnt around,when census people came,they ask my landlord the details of people that ocuppied his place,he gave them the little information he could provide,he told them the time i will be around,then they(2 people) came on sunday because one of them was living around my area,then i gave them my full details.
its true that majority of nigerians are leaving since 2017,what i discoverd is that,SA may end up like zimbabwe becus of rising corruption

I lived in South Africa for 4 years. Believe me that number is incorrect.

After Zim, Indians, Mozambique, you get Nigeria.

The thing is that 90% of Nigerians in SA don't have legal documents so they will hide from government exercises like census.

You need to multiply that figure by 5 to get the real population of Nigerians in SA.
