If they refuse to change, then it's their own problem. The world is beginning to see them for exactly what they represent i.e. terrorism. It's only a matter of time before they're completely blacklisted globally. Political correctness or diplomacy won't work anymore. The Chinese government realized this a long time ago and stopped them in China. Putin also knows this and has stopped them in Russia. Israel knows this and has never given them a breathen space. Only parts of Europe, Canada and United States are yet to realize this and they will pay for their lack of foresight in the near future. France is already witnessing riots from Muslims, even rape and murders. It's only a matter of time before it snowballs into a monster they can't stop.
