since atiku brought out the decisive evidence that tinubu actually forged the certificate he tendered to inec, there has been a lot of publications about it, some are even going as far as creating their own csu reports, twisting facts and blowing it as the real csu report and even jubilating over their falsehood, what everyone should know is the fact that the supreme Court is not going to consider any newspaper report, so, whatever any news media says is totally needles and baseless because in case of forgery, its the school whose certificate is alleged to have been forged that has the right to authenticate or deny the certificate, this is why atiku spent so much money to get the report from the school, atiku's evidences is what the court will consider, not some reports from BBC or any media outlets.

If they do they will have to remove Tinubu or else the corruption will be too glaring. My guess is they won’t admit the evidence but will look for a means to constitutionally give reasons not to.

Constituitionally they are to maintain status quo of Appeal court and delibrate based on the appeal court judgement, and not start a fresh proceedings

If this holds then Tinubu will escape. Doesn’t change the fact that he is a fraud. I don’t know why Atiku isn’t projecting the fact that he graduated from a sec school that didn’t exist. Though he didn’t submit his O’levels it would still do a lot of damage. I see how agbadorians avoid answering that question once you ask them.

I think his lawyers already advised him, the law said you must have gone to a secondary school or it's equavalent so if you can show an Avidavit like Buhari you will win, or any evidence even note from your principal that you attended then you are good

They are a citizen of Nigeria by birth; They have attained the age of 35 years (40 before 2018); They are a member of a political party and are sponsored by that political party; They have been educated up to at least School Certificate level or its equivalent.

the court must admit those new evidences because they are critical and decisive in this case, the relative fragile peace we are enjoying in this country today is hinged on that tribunal, the appeal court bungled the case up and we saw all the criticism and insults they received, the people kept calm because they still have chance to change things, the supreme Court is the last hope, if after all the evidences before it, they decide to go partial by threading the part of the appeal court, there will be protests and riots and it's going to start from the north

Alright, he graduated from secondary school that didn't exist at that time according to IPOB? But can you answer these? why is the secondary school now existing? Does it mean Tinubu can see into the future? Was it Tinubu that established the school after using it for fraud? or he told someone to establish it? you can't accusing someone for fraud when you do not have evidence.

Sharap Shameless Jobless Wailer, Inconsequential Empty Barrel.

After your fruitless effort to Chicago, you have returned back to Nigeria to beg Tinubu’s judges & court that you soo much despise?

Record fines for political stupidity is what awaits Gringory Obi & his Master Abubakar Malu Atiku @ The Supreme Court of Nigeria.

The evidence is there and it is widely known from his own o level results. I’m asking for an explanation or you haven’t seen the discrepancies in his o level results?
