Bro please stop saying nonsense. Why would the Palestinians not refuse? Imagine someone coming to your land and forcefully claiming it as theirs, and when problems start, they start telling you "the only solution is to split the land in two" Who would agree to that? Even that suggestion alone future proves that Israelis are not the owners of that land.
