. On many occasions in the past it was Palestinians themselves that rejected the two states solution.
Iran and Hezbollah was urging them not to agree because Iran told them that they should flush Israel out completely. Iran promised them it's possible but now they have seen that it's not possible.
Israel having seen their plans are not keen on the two states issue unless their security is guaranteed.

Iran is responsible for the carnage over there. After the three days war, it dawned on all of them that they are no match for Israel and Israel have taken the hardline stance.

It's now a very complicated situation because of Iran.

I had always disliked Adolf Hitler. But now, in retrospect, I think he had quite a great foresight. This event in Palestine today would have been Germany. The truth is that the continous building of new settlements in the West Bank and expulsion of Israeli Arabs from their homes in East Jerusalem are cruel enough to leave one maddened.

Not this one. I'm old enough to know that it was based on facts. Some I'm aware of as I was interested in the plight of the Palestinians in my growing up years. I was also a History student in secondary school/ A level so I know about the world wars and aftermath. I remember vividly the time the US worked hard to bring peace to the area....the Camp David accord. It brought so much hope but it collapsed like a pack of cards. I wish Arafat didn't backpedal on the deal at the tail end. Palestine will probably have been a developed nation living in peace today.
