it will need phone repairer that knows work,he will remove the battery and open the top seal of the battery, their is an i.c on the panel,he will use soldering iron to remove the I.c,

Am using Umidigi A11 my WhatsApp stopped working after i did an update, I think that update that brought channels to WhatsApp.
After the update I noticed the App lags and goes off like that.
Here's what it shows while trying to download back from playstore.

Here's what it shows while trying to download back from playstore.

Apply this fix:

Go to your phone settings , and click 'all applications.' Select Google playstore and effect the following:
1. Click 'force stop' > yes (disregard the warnings).
2. Lunch the playstore and close it. Open phone settings again >all apps > playstore. Select 'storage' and
* clear cache
* clear data (disregard warning as well)
3. Go to 'permissions' and ensure that all the checkboxes are ticked.
4. Go back and update your playstore, make sure that the playstore settings allow update through mobile network.
5. Update all your applications.
6.Restart your phone for the changes to take effect.
