Aliko Dangote and Abdul Samad Rabiu are both from Kano state in Northern Nigeria.

The media makes it look like both men (companies) are in competition with each other to better the lives of Nigerians, especially southerners, and especially with respect to the issue of cement and fuel price.

How can this media narrative be true when both of them are from the same state, region and share same religious belief?

Are southerners being misled to take sides with either of the two men while the south is surreptitiously held hostage economically by these strong men from the north?

The earlier we boycott Dangote products the better for Nigeria. I have never seen a man as greedy as Dangote

If you understand what transpired between Dangote and Bua in Edo State, you will not be asking this question. The fact remains that that the BUA has has humanity at heart while Dangote is more interested in retaining the spot as the richest black man even if the people have to perish. We fail to realize that Dangote is one of the major reasons why the petroleum products may never go down in Nigeria unless the Government refuses to dance to his tune.
