When you press you nose, that white White thing that comes out of the pores on your nose.

Naturally, I have an oily skin. Before it only appears on my nose. But now it has started appearing on my face. Like my whole face. It's in the pores of my face.

How do I reduce it?

What dietary changes are needed? Or any other method?

From Google, it seems it is sebaceous filament

Please advise, I don't want to use any harsh thing on my face o.

Go and do face exfoliation at a spa. You can as well as get a face-exfoliating device from jumia for this.

Get a facial scrub, preferably baking soda. Do this 2 to 3 times a week and moisturise daily

Add viewers discretion.

It's called sebum.
You have overactive sebaceous glands.
And this is causing a form of seborrheic dermatitis. it is also a sign your hormones are imbalanced.

Do not touch your face. If the skin becomes infected with bacteria you can develop cystic acne. This can disfigure your looks.
