In front of him was a cart carrying his birthday cake and some drinks and as his loved ones sang, he weakly mouthed along while holding the knife in the cake. Mr. Ibu, evidently in discomfort, repeatedly shook his leg while trying to stay seated. His other leg, which was extended, looked swollen and in bad shape.
