BREAKING!!! Ebonyi State International Market On Fire

Ebonyi State International Market was on Wednesday morning gutted by fire.

IGBERE TV correspondent gathered that the fire started at Lot 1.

Efforts by IGBERE TV to get the reaction of the Ebonyi State Government proved abortive as at the time of filing this report.

There's nothing international about the market. Only the Ebonyi locals and other Nigerians use it.

I can see only one truck of the fire fighters are on it. So sorry for those already affected. Hopefully, the state Government and/or insurance will compensate those affected. Check my signature for free stuffs!

So sad! People have lost fortune here. So the market does not have an emergency fire response team or the Ebonyi state fire service proactive enough.

Ladipo, and other markets in Lagos have been gutted by fire recently. How many Yorubas are trading in most of the Lagos markets that Igbos are mainly the source of IGR? .What is this obsession with the SE?

All we see are the touts, alayes, owomida miscreants, brigands who are daily molesting Lagosian of their hard earned monies and peace. Dave Umahi that the APC pouched is the former governor who built the market. Kudu to him for that @ least. He gave Ebonyi state a befitting market.

Do you know one fire fighting truck can quench two buildings on fire. And it’s just one building that you want all the fire trucks in South East to quench.

Ebonyi is well equipped that’s why there was timely response and reaction to the fire, with the disposal of a fire truck on site at the moment.

Some states no fire truck in the civil service, and will have to borrow from a neighbouring state, before it arrives fire don achieve em mission.

Thank God for the men of fire service who came with right timing. Thank God no life was lost.

People from Cameroon come there to buy items. They cross Northern Cross River into Abakaliki.

Shame on your ignorance.

Thank God it is not anywhere in SW, we would have heard several versions of this fire incident.

It probably will trending on twitter, Arise TV etc about how some persons are burning Igbo market.

Even if the market does not originally belong to the Igbos.
