I recently open uba account but each time l credit the account they will debit me without giving me alert, but somebody say it's charges for alert messages that they used to debit.. Please somebody help me on what to do cos am almost tired of crediting the account.. Thanks

That's how uba operate. Open another account in a different bank.

Alert or no alerts, your money usually been deducted range from 100 downward 👇⬇️ unnoticed because UBA can't notified you of such development but closely monitoring your account balance, you'll discovered such bid by bid.

Modified: I got an account with them too and I have discovered and experience it since 2021 but each time I lay complained, is same thing they keep telling me that it a mandatory charge's and taxes been impose by CBN ranges from the transaction you made but me they keep on deducting my money without any transactions till date.

Yes is always like that so I advised you to always credits installments like 500 or 200 for them to be deducting it regularly while your main balance stayed put (untouched).
