Hello Madam, your tv is good but this is a clearance thread and I doubt with that price, you really want to sell or may see a buyer at that price. Someone sold 32inch for 35k but you want to sell used 24 inch at shop/ brand new price, yourself think ham if na you be buyer you go buy?, Just a harmless advice.
