Nah this one is clearly false. Abuja is home of real estates. Infact Gwaripa alone in Abuja is the largest estate province not just in West Africa but in Africa.
It has very luxurious estates which are very expensive and in high demand in Maitama, Asokoro, Katampe, Jabi, etc.

Another observation I have made is lack of side walks, unmarked roads and potholes in most of the government area roads. The place is very dirty and ugly the buildings are also very ugly and old. This is a normal apartment with zero architectural design, don't knock your head over it. A blend of Glass facade & height gives it an aesthetic appeal, certainly better than anything in Nigeria & west Africa - not over here.
