You don't know anything about buildings. Basement are mostly underground, who told you basement is only one in that building? Again subtract ground level, it's never being count as first floor.

GTC has a blend of glossy linear and Low-e facade that allow 3D lighting to pass through — This already is a plus to GTC in exterior decor. But I won't convince you otherwise since you don't see past glass. If you don't like it ok. If you prefer WTO Ok, I would also do that if I were a Nigerian.

I love that GTC, to be honest with you it is very beautiful. I love the interior. Infact everything about it.
