I am looking to send out some e-mail marketing letting people know what services we offer and how we can help them. Unfourtunatley im an I.T novice, i have searched the forum but cannot find specifcally what im after.

I obviously want it to look professional and have a contact us option so the client can e-mail back is necessary. I have the list of e-mail address i wish to send it to but do not know how to do the following

1) design the e-mail to include logo and contact details - this would be in our comapny colours im think probably electronic letterhead

2) How would i list the e-mail addresses so that it sends without showing everyone each others addresses

from my search i found a link to download group mail (free) i have this and am currently watching the online tutorials.

Make use of mailchimp
