Devils in uniform. Even the elderly are not spared from their madness. Look at that woman. Her brain may be damaged from the stress of the beating the animal inflicted on her. If she is guilty why not arrest and charge her in court? Everyone in positions of authority just behaves like animals in this country. They don't know that with power comes great responsibility so one should use it with restraint.
