Someone said we Ghanaians compare Accra to Nairobi. You are right and I will compare the two cities anyday because they both have their strengths and weaknesses but I have always made my arguement clear that Nairobi is slightly ahead of Accra.


And on this same platform I have rated Nairobi and Lagos ahead of Accra couple of times.

They are doing well in exports. In 2022 they exported more than double what Kenya did.

Oboy forget that thing. Accra can never beat Abuja when it comes to real estate. Stop talking nonsense. Not even Lagos sef can beat Abuja. Did you know the amount of real estate that is booming in Abuja. Go and verify well.
